A 12-week Private 1:1 Mentoring Program for Pharmacists and Managers 

The RISE Mentoring Program supports Pharmacist Managers and Early-Career Pharmacists to: ​

  • Enhance wellbeing and learn to better manage stress, overwhelm and 'the juggle' 

  • Build foundational leadership skills – communication, accountability, and resilience

  • Overcome the 5 most common challenges when leading teams 

  • Better manage time and improve productivity

  • Increase job satisfaction and team morale 

This program is for you if you:

  • Are always trying to find more time

  • Struggling with the constant juggle of managing your tasks, supporting your customers, and leading your team 

  • You have been leading your team for a while but want to learn some new ways to be more effective that give you real results, balance and fulfillment

In simple terms, it will help you learn practical ways to lead more confidently and effectively build and retain a great team

 

The Mentoring Package includes:

  • 1 x 2hr Discovery Session 

  • 6 x 1.5hr mentoring sessions  

  • Tools, templates, and resources to support development and implementation

  • Mentoring sessions are delivered virtually so you can join from anywhere
